Hello,
I brewed up a batch of beer that's now in kegs. I tried it yesterday and it's underhopped. I'm wondering about how to hop it after the fact. I know I can get some hops oils, but I'm wondering if I can concentrate some hops pellets I already have and add them to the keg as a liquid? I was thinking French Press?

Thoughts?

Add a blichmann hop rocket or similar inline hop infuser and you'll always be ably to add extra hop flavor to all your brews; you can even setup a bypass for your guests that don't crave the added flavor.

I actually do have one of those and was thinking about it (haven't actually used it for hops yet), but we don't drink it fast enough to keep up the fresh hops packed in there (maybe one or two pints at a time).

What about running the entire keg through there into another keg?
