If I had the space, I'd be tempted to go for it!
 
Keep in mind it doesn't have any towers (that I can see) or holes drilled for them. Make sure the compressor and fan work and it blows cold air. $600 is a little steep considering the condition and the other facts I just mentioned, but then again you don't see equipment like this often.
 
I see those with towers and new compressors for $700.
Really these commercial units are loud, not so good for in the house.
