this is my first atempt.......i got a muntons premium santas winter warmer on the go...ive had it in primary for a week and wondered what to do with it.........should i just prime it with 70g of dried malt extract and rack it to a barrel for 3 weeks and see how it goes.....or could i stick it into secondry fementation and add maybe some more sugar and more dried malt extract to it....i got some brewers sugar, glucose, beer enhancer that i could add...if anybodys got any ideas/ suggestion on what to add into the secondry id be most appriecative!!!...cheers!

That message is a little hard to understand, if you're batch has been sitting in the Primary for a week its probably time to rack to secondary for about 8-10 more days. Then rack it back into your primary with some priming sugar and then bottle. Or are you asking something completely different?

I'd suggest you add nothing to the secondary...why screw with it now when it's already beer? :)
