SG 1.055 FG 1.020
90 min Boil

8.0 oz Rice Hulls (0.0 SRM)
9 lbs Optic Pale Malt (2.8 SRM)
1.25 lbs Brown Malt (65.0 SRM)
1 lbs Dark English Crystal Malt (120.0 SRM)
10 oz Chocolate Malt (450.0 SRM)
8.0 oz Light English Crystal Malt(15.0 SRM)

Mash in to 152F for 60min
Mash out to 168F for 10min
Sparge at 170F to collect 7.5gal

90 min: 50.00 g Leaf Fuggles [5.63 %] 29.3 IBUs
10 min: Whirlfloc, Yeast Nutrient
8 min: 18.00 g Leaf Fuggles [5.63 %] 3.0 IBUs

5.75gal into fermenter
1.5qt Starter of SafAle S-04 English Ale

Bottle to 1.9vols carbonation
