I am new one. This is my first batch. Im sure its not an infection but im a little paranoid since it is my first. I brewed it about 2 days ago. Its a Coopers European Lager with light DME and sugar added. What do you think?

That's a beautiful sight. Definately not an infection.

Now close that back up and don't peek again for a few more weeks.

Yup thats Krausen, not an infection. Like others said, close it up and leave it for 2-3 weeks.

What sugar did added?

I ask because if you added the priming sugar by accident you could have a problem.

It wasn't priming sugar. It was corn sugar. I appreciate the replies. Now I can relax
