loose connection out of keg

Ive finally got my draft system pretty much working, but one of the beers isn't coming out right. when I pull the tap the beer comes out in weird halty bursts, (like when there's air in your house plumbing). So I goofed around with it a bit and it seems that the connection for my beer out is loose. When I press it the beer comes out fine. So how do I make that connection tighter?
Any help would be awesome.
 
i am not sure where the leak is. Is the black quick disconnect loose or is it the post that you put the quick disconnect on??
 
I had a problem where the beer hose met the barb. I just made sure that I tightened the hose clamp REALLY hard. And make sure you did not use any type of sealing tape on the barb.
