I use starsan to sanitize all my stuff when brewing but when sanitizing my carboy and bottles before using them, the starsan foams a lot and I can never get all the foam out. I know it os no rinse, but will this foam mess with the beer at all?

No issue, you could drink diluted starsan directly and have no issues.

I use Purisan and the same applies, if you leave some in a fermentor or whatever then there is little to worry about. Not saying you want to allow a gallon to mix but a little foam or minor amount is a non-issue.

It rubs the foam on its' skin. It does this when it's told or it get the blow off hose again.

starsan is awesome. I'm still a little put off by the clinging foam, but I push through it. and I rub it on my skin.
