Imperial Red IPA - Extract

Hello all: long time lurker, first time poster
I have done about 15 bacthes from pre made kit recipes and started dabbling in creating my own recipes. I still have a lot to learn for sure but was looking on some decent feedback on my next planned brew
This recipe uses my harvest from this years hops which are a 50/50 blend of Nugget and Cascade.

I am still on the fence about mashing the grains as I haven't gotten this into Beersmith yet since my most recent revisions

Steeping (Mash?)Grains:
1 lbs Vienna
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L
2.0 oz De-bittered Black (Carafa III)
8.0 oz Honey Malt

Malts:

1 lbs Extra Light Dry Extract
10 lbs Pale Liquid Extract

Hops:

5.00 oz Homegrown [9.00 %] - Boil 90.0 min
5.00 oz Homegrown [9.00 %] - Boil 15.0 min
5.00 oz Homegrown [9.00 %] - Flameout
3.00 oz Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] - Dry Hop 14.0 Days

2.0 pkg Safale American US-05 Yeast

Have a look at this one - This commercial beer is now called G'Knight - long story but it's what I'd call and Imperial Red IPA.

Not sure if you can get Oskar Blues in Western Mass - but their stuff is some of the best beer EVER put into a can (or a bottle for that matter).

Decided that I am going to mash the grains, looking at about 9% abv and 100 IBU
