I'm looking for a hoppy rye pale ale extract recipe to brew this weekend
anyone out there have a good one they would like to share?

Thanks in advance

Is this grain bill legit? Is adding another pound of flaked rye a bad idea? It is a 4 gallon batch - had to scale down because the primary carboy is in use with an oak aged ipa.

Amt Name Type # %/IBU
8 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 1 71.1 %
2 lbs Rye, Flaked (2.0 SRM) Grain 2 17.8 %
12.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 3 6.7 %
8.0 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 4 4.4 %
