Well this is it...my last homebrew..5 gallons down the hatch...its the only one I have left...so depressing...should I save it?....what good would that do?...then i'm stuck with only one beer....if i drink it...I might not remember drinking it!...Why is life so complicated!

Ah ha! The last one is always a sad yet satisfying experience... I know it well. I keg now, and that last pint always brings happiness as it means its time to brew again (usually have 2 kegs on tap and one or two batches at the end of fermentation)... just waiting to fill the void of an empty keg and fill my heart with happiness
