Almost no help at all. Only sodium is quoted and its at low concentration. You will have to send off a sample for testing unless the water company lab has unreported Secondary parameters that they did not report in the Consumer Confidence report.
 
That is a consumer safety report telling you the water doesn't have anything in it in sufficient quantity to make you sick or grow a third arm. It is of little use as far as brewing is concerned. Follow the advice above and if you cannot obtain a report from the water supplier with a list on ion content send a sample to Ward Lab.
