I have a starting gravity of 1.094 and according to beer tools (yes, I know I can't always rely on it) and it said it would bring down the final G to 1.021.

I was wondering with a gravity that high, would I need to pitch another vial of yeast or would I be cool with one vial of WPL002 and *NO* starter.

Have had some fermenting trouble lately after a really good(or maybe really lucky) start, so I was thinking maybe I haven't spent enough time looking over my fermentations.

It's been fermenting at 68º-70º for a week. Think I should pitch another vial or let it ride... or even transfer soon?

thanks. mr malty will come in very handy.

We've been pretty lucky so far, but have had some issues on our last few batches with higher OG's.

This is probably the cause. THANKS!
