Ingredients:
• 5 lb 10oz Amber DME
• 1 lb 8oz Oats, Flaked
• 1 lb 8oz Pale Malt (2 Row)
• 1 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L
• 12oz Chocolate Malt
• 8oz Roasted Barley
• 1 oz Kent Goldings – 5.8% (60min)
• ½ tsp Irish Moss
• 1 oz Kent Goldings – 5.8% (10min)
• 8oz Cocoa Powder (10 min)
• 1lb Lactose (5min)
• 1 Vial White Labs English Ale Yeast WLP002
• 3.2 oz table sugar (priming)
 
We bottled it a few weeks ago, and only have a 6 pack left. The chocolate has become more prominent with time. It's chocolatey, but not overwhelming like some commercial double chocolates I know. Soft on the tongue. Sweet to the nose. It's like drinking a chocolate ice cream float. In fact, I'm going to try that tonight! I'll let you know how it goes
 
gonna brew this today.Brew shop didnt have any nf cocoa powder, so gonna use 4oz nibs in the boil and 4oz in the primary.
