I have a kit that is close to celebration ale(extract).

.5 lb crystal 120 to steep
7 lb light DME
1.5 oz chinook 60 min (pellet)
1 oz cascade 15 min (plug)
1 oz cascade 5 min (plug)
White Labs CA yeast

Now for the good part.

I have all this extra stuff, and want to use some.

2 lb. light DME
1 lb cascade fresh hops
1 lb liberty fresh hops

I know dry hopping with cascade, and more in the boil, and maybe more DME.

Thanks for any advice in the next hour. I'm looking forward to this one.

You don't mean fresh hops. This time of year they would be pure rot.
If it were me, I'd split the Liberty between a 15m and 5m addition, and the cascades in the secondary. Throw the extract in there if you like, although looks like there's plenty for beer already. You can use it later.

Your recipe looks fine. About the only thing to do is either up the gravity with the DME and or dry hop with Cascades. I would keep the Liberty out if you want Celebration Ale.
