So today I'm off of work and figured it would be perfect to follow up last Monday's EW Haus Ale w/ my AHS Northumberland Brown today. So the hop additions were as follows:

60 Min: 1 1/2oz Kent Goldings
15 Min: 1/2 oz Kent Goldings

Simple, right? Well I wasn't paying attention and for some reason I added my final flavor hop addition at 30 min instead of 15! Oh well, RDWHAHB right? So what kind of consequences will this have on my final product, if any?

I had a 60/15/10/0 schedule yesterday and my son distracted me after the 10min addition and ended up boiling an extra 10 minutes. That moves the additions to 70/25/20/0. I was lucky in that the 15 wasn't too big because I would pushed IBU's off the charts.
