9 lbs 8.0 oz Pale Malt (2 Row) UK (3.0 SRM) Grain
1 lbs Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM) Grain
1 lbs Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain
12.0 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) Grain
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) Grain
4.0 oz Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) Grain
2.4 oz Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM)
Added 2oz of Baker's Choc. and 2oz Cocoa powder at 15min
60 min 1.80 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (60 min) Hops

Mash In: Add 16.44 qt of water at 165.9 F
60 min - Hold mash at 154.0 F for 60 min
2 min Mash Out: Add 9.21 qt of water at 196.6 F
10 min - Hold mash at 168.0 F for 10 min
-- Sparge with 1.47 gal of 168.0 F water.
-- Add water to achieve boil volume of 6.30 gal
 
After three weeks in keg this beer has plenty of flavors. Roast is up front and the Chocolate is not overpowering. A great session beer for the winter.pics coming soon
