I have spent countless hours looking at posts and pics and I love seeing what others have done. I know we have a thread that is dedicated to brew rig pics, but I would like to see pics of just your control panel. So...lets see 'em.

:mug:

I can't wait to have mine finished to show off. Unfortunately, i'm a long ways off. A thread like this would be very helpful for people trying to decide what control panel design they like best and will work for their specific situation. I tried to start a thread a while back about "show us" your wiring diagrams. No bites. Hopefully this one catches on.

Here's my Brewtroller DX1 CP.only low voltage here, the high voltage box is in progress.

Looks very nice. I too am planning a build...I am actually thinking of mocking up the initial panel in 1/4" MDF or similar to see if I like the layout etc.

This is my plan for my eHLT/BIAB setup, taken from Auber's website. Has the layout I want, except I'll be adding an e-stop. I'm expecting to make control panel purchases over the next two paydays.

just added the second PID, big heat sink, second power outlet so i can handle running 2 elements at once for initial water levels, back to back batches.

Here it is hanging on the wall waiting for wiring from the elements, pumps and temp sensors (bad cell phone picture)

Here's my imaginary panel (hey, better than an imaginary girlfriend; how's that for topical humor) for e-BIAB. 12x12x6 plastic box painted black, 240v 30a input, Auber illuminated push buttons, PID and timer. Power button closes a contactor energizing the panel, Element button closes a contactor enabling the element, Element On light illuminates when the element is being fired, "Time Quiet" and "Temp Quiet" buttons use NC contact blocks and are illuminated when depressed such that the alarm has been disabled for the function.

That Beaver Tail would look pretty cool as a Hop Cone! Nice controller!
