I was active in homebrewing for many years until around 10 years ago. Well, kids happened and 10 years later, I am starting again with a buddy. Our first endeavor is a dry-hopped IPA. I have made some mistakes thus far but we are learning from them. Thanks to a couple HBT members comments, we may have not screwed up as much as we thought. I look forward to learning from others as time goes on.
