I searched all the ways I could think of -
Looking for a post I saw a while back that used a maxed out instant how water and a couple (few?) automated flow valves to modulate temperature of water.
Background - I have a Eccotemp L5 - switched out the cutoff for $10 to hit 180 degree water - I can muck around with it and get within 5 degree of where I want to be and then just heat the mash.
Wanting a little finer control of temps to manage mash - and honestly - who doesn't like digital displays?
