Just wanted to let everyone know that this member / seller ripped me off. He seemed like a legit seller, (even did some searches here before paying him) we had some communication via e-mail and arrived at a deal on the high-heat head pump. I sent him my payment on June 1st. NEVER got the pump. E-mailed him multiple times, he said he had been really busy at work, but would get the pump shipped. My last half dozen e-mails have not been answered. Finally I started a thread asking what steps I could take (I wanted to take the high road and not smear him):

Yooper said she would e-mail him to try to get things moving. Still no reply.
I e-mailed him again (over a week ago) and told him if I didn't hear back, I would be "going public" with this info....
I really hate to do this, but unfortunately, I have no other recourse as this guy has stolen over $100 from me. I have bought LOTS of stuff on here and never had a problem like this from a fellow homebrewer.
