I want to know as much as I can about wine, but I don't know where to start. Where did you learn? Or what book did you read?

ECKrouse.com has tons of free info on wine making. (They sell stuff as well) they have basic recipies, step by step instructions, and they are printed in their paper catalog. Just keep following their links, I think there is more info then most basic books. Its just finding the info on the web site that can be tricky! There is a logical order, but it sometimes takes a few tries to find it.
I never did find the logical order to Jack Kellers site. Still worth looking at however. Especially for the recipies.
