Ive been busy this December....

Been a busy night, i think i deserve that drink.


All looking sexy and yummy.


Left to Right:
2.5g wild-honey Mead with cinnamon sticks, brewed today
5g Irish Red
5g Apfelwein at a apple 2 : 3 blueberry ratio, all fresh, Red Star yeast
5g Heffenweizen my FAVORITE addiction, brewed today
5g Apfelwein using White Labs cider yeast
2.5g Fruit Mead, 6.5lbs wild Honey (i think...)+ 2lbs fresh strawberry + 2lbs fresh Peaches already racked off.

In the mug: English Brown with Oak flavoring from chips.....a bit much me thinks.
In the keg: 5g Heffenweizen, kegged today, because i LOVE the stuff!

Yea, i know the blow off's are ugly but hey what can ya do? I always get active ferments! And ran outta airlocks... (at least i hid the sanitizer bucket in the back!)
