My name is Mike and I'm from Wilmington Delaware. I've been "brewing" for almost 3 years. The quotes are necessary because I've only brewed 3 batches in that timespan. Now that my boy is turning 1 and things are getting easier to handle, it's time to get back into things.

Here's me after my first brew day way back when.



I got all the equipment from a friend who decided he didn't have enough time for it anymore. The irony is that I haven't brewed once without him. As it turns out, I guess he just wanted a brew companion (and a place to keep all the equipment).

Nice set up....time to clean off the dust and start up again!

Have a 10 gallon batch of grand cru in primary now. 7 days later and only 5.5% A secondary with some energizer should bring it up good though.
