It is in the house. A nice set up, I'm excited. I'm clearing the calendar for brewing right after the first.

First brew...Autumn Amber Ale
Extract-6 lbs Gold LME
Grains-2oz, special B, 8 oz caramel 80L
Hops-1 oz Hallertau, 1 oz Fuggles
Yeast-Muntons 6 gm dry

Picked up a big ol spoon, star san and a wine thief. The local brew store, Brewers Apprentice smelled great.
 
Amber ales are a great place to start whether your getting into craft beer or introducing it to someone or brewing it. Should be tasty. Good luck and welcome to the hobby :mug:
 
Heck brew it up tonight! Sounds like a good starter kit, looks like you'll be steeping some grains.
