Had the camera out today, thought I would share.

Heating sparge water.

Mash looks good.

Oh, damn missed my mash temp by a little.

Probably because I was being distracted by my assistant brewer.

Clean up crew.

After the snack, they decided they had enough brewing.

Chilling.

Fermenting.

Thank you, that is all.

Good pics. Wish I would have had a camera for my brew day today.

Great pictures. Maybe it's a bit of an illusion, but it looks like the blowoff container is higher than the fermenter. Make sure you don't get a siphon going and drain your container water into your fermenter.

Cool pics! Cute Corgi too. I have two Corgis. I had to stop dumping my grain in the yard though cause they LOVE that stuff and they make yucky "grain poop" for several days after. :)

I usually only let them have a little (what I can scoop out with a strainer). Yeah, it keeps them regular for sure!

So, your not going to shower in the next week? :D

Well, no guests will.

It looked good. It was predicted around 16 SRM and looked like the little sample in BeerAlchemy.
