I planned on bottling my Belgian Ale in Belgian bottles that I have saved, with corks and wire hoods. However, I do not have a corker, and have no way to access one. Is it possible to cork with out a corker? By hand perhaps? That may be a stupid question, but if its not possible, Ill have to come up with plan B.

I have heard around here that some LHBSs will let you borrow or rent a corker. I don't know if that's an option for you. I have never corked anything either wine or beer so I can't say what would work otherwise.

You need at least a hand corker. Where are you located? You may find another member with one that you can borrow, or like mnm said, you can often borrow or rent one from your LHBS.
