Yeah, I typically brew every week
OP, there is a ton of Belgian Wit recipes and discussions going around right now...it's kind of that time a year. White Labs also has the two of their better Wit strains out right now. Do a search if that is a style you wanna pursue. If you wanna go the American Ale way it's typically just 50/50 2-row and wheat malt with a clean american strain.

I've brewed my Summer Citrus Wheat many times, as have several other homebrewers in my area. It's an American Wheat with some dried orange peel added into the boil. With or without the orange peel it's very tasty, just watch out for the fermentation! Every time I've made it I get a HUGE blowoff
