Hello,

I have 20lbs of domestic 2 row, centennial/cascade and golding hops in the freezer. I want to use up the 2 row but I cant seem to find a recipe. I like Ales, APA's IPA's etc....can anyone steer me in the right direction or has a recipe they would like to share. I will pick up any necessary specialty grains tomorrow at the LHBS. Any ideas are welcome...thanks

Very cool....I didnt notice any dry hopping....am I missing something?

Thanks
Joe

I don't dry hop that recipie. I dump the whole boil hops and all into the fermenter. It comes out with just the right aroma for a APA. (People with keggels would have a problem doing that.)

I would just do about 7.5 lbs 2-row, 8 oz Caramel 20L, and whatever hops you want. Maybe 1 oz centennial @ 60, 1 oz cascade @ 15, 1 oz cascade @ 5. Basic APA. More hops can easily turn that into an IPA.
