Hi all. I have a several random bits of hops left over from the past few brews and would like some advice on directions to go for my next recipe. I would like to use as much of them as possible; if I don't I am sure they will sit in my freezer forever.

Here is what I have:

Northern Brewer - 1.0 oz
Satiam - 1.0 oz
Crystal - 0.3 oz
East Kent Goldings - 0.5 oz
Columbus - 1.75 oz

I haven't quite learned enough yet to be able to systematically build my own recipes but perhaps this process will aide in that endeavor. I can brew all grain from 5 to 10 gallons. Any advice, or direction would be much appreciated!
