I've bbq'd plenty of ribs in my day, and most of the time they turn out okay, nothing to write home about. I was wondering if anybody had recipe or method they'd be willing to share to help me get the "damn, good ribs" response from the guests!
Oh btw... I don't have a smoker but have a Brinkmann 4 burner propane grill...
Thanks in advance! :mug:

Korean BBQ Marinade

2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons Mirin rice wine, or sake (optional)
1 1/2 tablespoons sambal oelek or Thai chile paste
1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced

Just mix and marinade in a plastic baggie overnight....Scale it to the size you need. Really spicy.
