Wanted some thoughts here. Are the IBUs right? What about Willamette as a FWH?

American Bitter
Target OG = 1.040
Target ABV = ~4.0%
IBU = 55

Mash at 152

7 lbs 2-row
1 lb Munich
0.5 lb C60


0.5 oz Willamette (FWH)
0.5 oz Warrior (90)
0.5 oz Falconer's Flight (10)
0.5 oz Riwaka (10)
1.0 oz each Centennial, Simcoe and Amarillo (5 mins after KO)
1.0 oz each Centennial, Simcoe and Amariilo (DH in Keg)

Half pack of US-05
Ferment at 65
 
Looks great to me, was really happy with a similar batch I did a few months back.

I'm not sure you'll be able to taste much of the Willamette considering the big late-boil additions, but it certainly won't hurt.

Half a pack of yeast might be underpitching slightly, especially if you aren't rehydrating. Mr. Malty says .7 packs, but you'll probably be fine either way.
