I want to try out some Riwaka hops so i threw this together as a light, malty, session beer:

I'm going to do a double batch sparge with 3 gallons each. Is it me or does the hop schedule look screwy? I want to keep the IBUs around 15, no greater than 20.

Will be nice, I did a blonde with riwaka only for favouring/aroma but not as heavy.

Riwaka is citrusy and a little peppery-spicy, very nice hop IMO. I'd be interested to know how it comes out.

Same here - interested to see how it comes out! Hop schedule looks fine. If it were me, I might have gone .33oz@60, .66oz@20, .66oz@5, and .33oz@Dry Hop. But that's cuz I like symmetry. :drunk:

Keep us posted in the SMaSH brewers group too, if you would. :)
