Are there any advantages or disadvantages to keeping the C02 tank in the fridge?

A disadvantage is that the tank pressure drops when put in the low temperatures of the fridge. On a dual pressure gauge, this can make it seem like there's less left in the tank than there really is. However, this is something I'm willing to deal with to not drill through my chest freezers.

The pressure inside a cold co2 tank is still WELL above serving pressure.
