Anyone ever dry hopped with simcoe or perle? What are they like?

I'm throwing together a new recipe for my next batch and I'm aiming for a simple, lighter pale ale with a decent hop punch. Here's what I've got so far...

5.5lbs Extra light DME (using late addition for 1/2 of extract)
1 lb crystal 20L

(all pellet hops)
.5oz Perle 60 min
.5oz Simcoe 30 min
1oz cascade 15 min
1oz cascade 0 min

s-05

I'm gonna have .5 oz extra of both perle and simcoe, and am thinking about dry hopping with them for a week in secondary. Not sure how it'll turn out, but I hate to waste good hops.

Let me know if you have any feedback.

come to think of it, I'm gonna do this anyway, I just want to see what I've got to look forward to..

Sounds like an IPA -
so yes, Simcoe should dry hop well - Not quite as "grapefruit" as Cascade or Amarillo, but certainly citrusy.

I friggin' love simcoe, and have dry hopped with it several times. It'll probably overwhelm the perle, but see what you get. That hop bill looks like a modified SNPA. Dry hopping is not out of line.
