I am just about ready to start brewing, I just need to know a good brew to start with. Something simple enough to get me into brewing, but something with plenty of flavor. I like something on the dark side, especially Belgians.

welcome to the forum, I would work on the name thought, not very ambitious... are you extract/pm/all grain? Pale ales are going to be the most simple, if you are going all grain I can give you my real simple porter recipe, but it has been a long time since I used extract and my conversions are hazy. I can bust out the text books if one of the master jedi's don't assist you...

It varies but lately it has been O'dell 90 Shilling or Stone Arrogant Bastard.

I did a Wee Heavy AG my first time round. Definately do your research. Mine turned out well. SO I know you can do it. Good luck!

Cheers :mug:
