Can I get full Cornelius kegs at the liqour store to use in my kegerator, while im waiting on my home brew?

Probably not. You'll most likely find Sanke style kegs when buying beer at your local distributor. You can, however, grab a 1/4 bbl keg of the commercial stuff - that should be enough to tide you over, assuming your kegerator has a Sanke fitting.

Go talk to a brew pub or micro and they might fill yours.
In Phoenix, Sonora and 4 Peaks do.
