I found this on the net - the only change I made was to mash at 152 instead of 154 and leave out the oak chips. Any comments on my new years day brew?

I may sound nuts - but I think I like Blind Pig slightly better than Pliny. Is this a clone of the original Blind Pig or the recently bottled one? I've only tried the later.

Looks good...
I'd add a bit more hops, maybe some cascade, centennial or Amarillo at 5 or 0.

and I'd use a Cali or NW Ale yeast.
and maybe a bit of corn sugar

I've tried a few semi blind pig/Pliny clones and can't quite get the efficiency and alcohol of a pliny.

this one did taste mighty good..

15 pounds American 2 row
¼ wheat
1 Crystal 40
¼ crystal 120
½ munich
1 pound corn sugar
.5 amber extract

1 galena 60
1 pearl 30
1 amarillo 30
2 centenial 0
1 amarillo 0

Dry hop
1 oz chinook
1 cascade
2 amarillo

Nw ale yeast
