If you don't mind straying quite a bit from the norm, I built my own manifold utilizing push-connect fittings (instant tube fittings/John -Guest fittings, they go by several different names). You can see a write up on it here.

The design offers some good functionality and I have been very pleased with it.
 
As anyone built their own co2 mannifolds? Parts list.....cost?

I installed a CO2 distribution system throughout the brewery, all homemade manifolds are made out of black Acetal and disconnects are CPC brand white Acetal.

Then i have to put multiple holes in my fridge, right? Do u just use spray foam to seal it?
 
Well like I said what's ever easier, it obviously makes sense to run one line in and then have the manifold. I was simply stating that it doesn't have to be inside. A properly used rubber grommet can be used. Spray foam could do the trick just be careful the line doesn't collapse from the pressure of the foam.
