What's the best way to connect the elbow on (most) false bottoms to the valve in a mash tun? I'm piecing together a cooler ball valve kit from Bargain Fittings and I am unsure what to get for the internal fitting. I was just going to do a 1/2" barb, but I wasn't sure if the weight of the grain would collapse any type of hose running between the two.
