So I am fermenting a Moose Drool clone and was using a heat pad to bring it to the called for temp of 68 (my basement was 63). I've had to work late a few nights and forgot to check the temp...until tonight. 75:confused: So, it's probably been that high since Sunday night. Any input on the likely implications on my brew?

Thanks!

Just for a future reference all my fermentations got 5f above ambient during vigorous stage 5-7 I would say. I wouldn't have used the heat pad, cool it down give it a long primary 4 weeks.

If you can cold crash it 48 hours, then bottle. It will taste better aged out to let the hot fermentation flavors fade
