So far I have been brewing everything in the 66 degree range because, well, people say cooler is better in most cases.
However this one I'm using WLP023 Burton Ale Yeast from White labs and their site says Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 68-73°F
DO - just let it go at 70-72 ???
(see - told you it was obvious)
