Anyone try this? Thinkin of using this for my Dunkelweizen and wondering if anyone has used this on a weizen before. The last wheat beer I did, the head was "rocky." Not sure if the recipe (EdWorts Bavarian Hefe) was to blame or my priming process (5oz. priming sugar in bottling bucket) but wouldve like a better head. Anyway, how is this stuff?
