Vinegar in cider?

It's probably a dumb question, especially considering no one would ever purposely do it, but if you were to add a tiny amount of commercial vinegar to cider pre-fermentation, mid-fermentation, or post-fermentation, would the entire batch be converted to vinegar?
 
Vinegar only happens if there is enough oxygen. Getting enough vinegar to make your cider smell of vinegar happens quite quickly, but to turn all the alcohol in hard cider to vinegar is slow - 6 months to a year. You also need warmth. Vinegar (acetic acid) is produced when acetobacter consume alcohol in the presence of oxygen.
