Anyone out there know of anyone that can put a hole in the top of the boil kettle lid and fit it with a duct like fitting to exhaust vapor/odor out?
 
If air is going out, air needs to go in also, or it won't work.
I'm sure it could be done, but I think you'd be better off just getting a decent range hood and fan for your system...
 
I'm sure you could take it to any machine or metal shop in the area and they could do it in ten mins. On that, are you brewing inside on a stove or something? If you put another hole in the lid and just leave it open, the ducting that you put on the pot will draw it from the open hole (provided it is smaller than the ducting hole) It might be more of an investment upfront but a range hood/fan is prob your best bet
