I'm going to be making an Irish red soon and I'm trying to think of some names to fit this theme.

I've already made one called Kokiri Pale Ale, here are some of the others I've thought of.

Saria's Saison
Lon Lon Lambic
Cucco Coffee Stout
Bombchu Bock

I'm not thinking of any great Irish red ones yet. I was thinking of a Goron themed one being that it would be a red, but can't think of a name that speaks to me. Anyone got any suggestions or ideas for other Zelda themed names?

NERD! : point and laugh:

Kidding, kidding. I played some Zelda in my time . . .

About 'bout Goran's Ruby Ale? You know, ruby=red. Maybe a stretch?

There should be a way to get Hyrule or Triforce into a beer name.

Ooo I might have to use the Hyrule Hefeweizen...glad to see some fellow Zelda fans here! How about Lon Lon Lager? Octorock amber ale? Fire arrow ale?

Edit: Midna Mead, Lost Woods Light, Heart Piece Pilsner...I cam keep going hahaha.

This takes me back a bit. I like the idea and figured I would throw in my 2 cents
- Gorgon Tunic Fire Red
- 3 Hearts to Start

Not great I like the Rupee one myself. Good Luck

-Edit Not sure why this was on my mind but it stuck.
- Poe's Porter - Its Dark

Oooo, Lon Lon Milk Stout :D

These are all really great btw,

Octorock Amber ale
Rye-light Princess
3 Hearts to start
Heart Piece Pilsner

love em!

I hope I get to keep the bottle!

Empona's Pale Ale

I also feel compelled to ask, what's in Majora's Cask?
....how about Ganon's Growler?

Wow this really takes me back...

Death Mountain RIS (or some BIG beer!)
or Gannon's [something big and mean]

Lost Woods Smoked Porter (or something smoked, maybe a peaty Scottish)

2nd Quest Bitter (maybe 2nd running parti-gyle?)

Red Potion / Red Candle / Red Ring wold all be good for a red.

Overworld Wheat (something more peaceful)

Belgian 'Wit' Sword

Lots of options here.... yeah I've thought about this before actually. :)

Octorok IPA

"A legendary IPA made with 8 varieties of hops. It will Octo-rocks your hearts away annoyingly at a distance. Bring your bow"

Hmm, I'm thinking I might call my Irish Red, "Red Potion" and make the label a simple 8 bit Red Potion....I like the Red Rupee idea but I can't visualize a label that sticks with me for it. I kinda like the concept of actually being able to drink a "red potion." I may even cut out the label so that it is the shape of the potion itself.

Sounds like a winner! Definitely cut the label to look like a bottle of potion; that would set it off perfectly.

- Light arrow ale

- Big Poe Porter

- The Graveyard (high gravity beers)

- Moblin Maibock

- Link's Lager

- Lager of the Lake Hylia (sorry, Bells)

- Link's Awakening (something light and refreshing)
