I have a lot of good ? stuff in the way and want to make it into a drinkable beer.
I am looking for sugestions for which hops to use.
available
in the pantry...
1.5 lbs crystal 80
1.5 lbs peated
2 lbs light DME
2 lbs Dark DME
3 lbs amber malt (liquid)

in the freezer....
cascade hops 6 oz
fuggle .4oz
saaz 1oz
 
Looks like an american brown or porter just waiting to happen.. kitchen sink beers can be really good
