Does anyone else like to have a few homebrews, creep their way through the "Brewing Science" forum, and just chuckle at the level of intelligence being imparted there?

My public education may have be below standard, but if I read something beyond my scope of intelligence I try my best to wrap my head around it. If I can't, so be it.
