This is my first attempt at using Brewferm dry lager yeast
I aerated the wort well before pitching
and re-hydrated the yeast with 90-100deg water,
Now I'm starting to think that may have been to warm... oops!!

Now 2 days after pitching i see no fermentation activity.
So do i wait another day or just re-pitch it?

Wait 72 hours until you start worry about dead yeast.

Also, by "fermentation activity" do you mean airlock bubbles? Because that's not fermentation activity. Take a gravity reading after 72 hours. If the gravity has dropped from the original gravity then you're fine. If not, then you can worry about repitching.

90-100F isnt too hot for yeast, just give it some more time. what temp do you have the fermenter at?

Fermenter and beer where at 65-68deg when pitched.

She's just now starting to come alive so i dropped it down to 58deg today.

Thanks Guys..
