I was in Ferrysburg, MI last week and had some hard cherry cider at Vanders Cider Mill and loved it. Came home and ordered some concentrated 100% cherry juice. What do you think of this recipe? I calculate somewhere in the neighborhood of 1.060 OG. Will finish dry to semi-sweet and somewhere around 6-7% ABV....

1 Gallon Apple Cider, Unpasteurized
8.0 oz Cherry Juice Concentrate
1 Pkg Nottingham Yeast Rehydrate with Go-Ferm
Will add Fermaid-K and DAP to must.

You and I both seem to be experimenting with flavored ciders so I'll give this a try also. I'll give it a go with Safale SO 4 and then somewhere along the line we can exchange a bottle if you'd like to. I'm getting ready to rack of my raspberry cider to the secondary in a few days. I'm going to have a few questions for you on that. I took your recipe and played around with a little bit. It looks good so far. There is a pic in my gallery
