I have 5 kegs in my kegerator, 1 on a stout faucet pushed with beer gas. I keep my kegerator at about 40 degrees. It seems to me that my stouts are never as cool as my other beers. I am wondering if the push through the restrictor plate cause a bit of friction and therefore warms the beer or maybe just the fact that the mouth feel is different and it appears to be warmer? Anyone else notice similar with nitro beers?
